RentGuard is a comprehensive platform that helps you easily manage your properties. You can track costs, provide adjacent services (such as cleaning or repairs), receive detailed monthly reports and manage tickets for various issues.

In the RentGuard calendar you can manually add important events such as viewings or appointments. The calendar automatically updates with relevant information, such as trouble tickets or deadlines for paying rents and bills.

RentGuard provides detailed monthly (and not only) reports that include information on tenant payments, utilities’ costs, maintenance activities performed and any other important administrative issues. They also come in the form of statistics, as well as reports per property. The reports can be downloaded as PDF files .

You can add various services adjacent to your properties in the platform, such as cleaning, electrical repairs and more. Tenants will be able to access these services directly from their RentGuard account.

RentGuard allows easy ticket management. You can track the status of each ticket, assign tasks to relevant staff and communicate directly with tenants to resolve issues quickly.

You can directly add the owner ‘s, property manager’s and tenant’s bank account and make monthly payments directly from the web app .

For Tenants

RentGuard allows you to keep track of all your utilities and rent and see any overdue payments. You can also view your contract details and other relevant information.

You can submit a ticket directly from your RentGuard account via the ‘Tickets’ page. After submitting, you will be able to track the progress of the problem resolution and receive notifications about the status of your ticket.

Yes, if they are properties listed as public on the platform (usually usually listed by landlords looking for tenants), you can view them directly from the „Listings” page. You can explore other offers and see details about them .

On the „Services” page, you’ll find a list of available adjacent services such as cleaning or repairs. You can request these services directly from the platform and track the status of your requests via an automatically created ticket or choose from the list of existing ones if applicable. You can also contact any contractor directly by email, phone or WhatsApp.

In Dashboard you can directly see all payments made, those yet to be made, as well as any overdue payments. Also, you can add bills and payments yourself if applicable (variable depending on the agreement between tenant and landlord).

Yes, you can view listings of available properties even if you haven ‘t rented a home through RentGuard yet. You can sign up on the platform, and then you’ll have access to all the properties listed as public. You can explore the listings, see details about them and contact owners or property managers directly through the platform.
